Abby LeMaster, a former IT analyst turned Forbes 30 Under 30 game developer, is dedicated to amplifying diverse voices in the industry. As a Lead Producer in Riot Games' R&D department, she drives strategy and execution for core gameplay systems on an undisclosed project. Previously, Abby led development as Lead Gameplay Producer for Riot's award-winning digital card game, Legends of Runeterra. With a background at PlayStation Studios, she contributed to 10 AAA titles, including The Last of Us: Part II and Spider-Man. I'm Abby LeMaster, a former IT major turned video game producer, Women in Games Ambassador, IGDA mentor, keynote speaker, and Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree.
