Design Manager
Emma Varjo is a designer with a passion for experiences - both the players' and the developers' experiences. This passion has found her moving from programming to tools design, UX design, and team management both in startups and bigger companies - often tackling many of these roles at the same time. In all her work she keeps the players (or in case of tools, the end user) at the top of her mind with the help of design thinking principles, which helps her ensure they have the best experience with the game or tool.
