If you volunteer to help us with the organization of the event, you will automatically become a holder of a free non-transferable Standard Pass which allows you to enjoy all aspects of the conference. You will get to enjoy the talks of renowned game dev speakers and gain access to all the parties.

The greatest benefit, however, is the insight into the organization of a big international event like Game Access and the experience you gain.

Last but not least, you will have lots of fun, meet interesting people, and make valuable contacts.

Passion and commitment! You don't need a PhD – we'll find a job for every enthusiastic and representative volunteer who will be able to help us organize the event prior to the opening and be present on-site during the conference.

The specific tasks will be individually agreed upon before the event. For a general overview, you can check out some of the roles we have in the Volunteer's registration form.

Don't worry, we arrange each volunteer's schedule so that they have enough free time to enjoy the Conference. In general, half of your time will be spent volunteering and the other half will be yours to do as you please.

If you have any preferences - for example, if you'd like to see a particular speaker - please let us know and we'll do our best to make the schedule work for everyone.

Of course, you can bring along other team members, friends, fellow game devs etc. However, they'll have to buy their own tickets.
